Dezembro! Chegas assim sem sequer darmos por isso e vens carregado de dias sem horas suficientes, de listas sem fim de coisas a fazer a acrescentar ao já muito acelerado ritmo desta era. Contigo vem o cheiro a canela e açúcar, mesas cheias de riso e esperança.

Trazes também a Noite de Paz e a lembrança do presente mais indescritível, Jesus, que nos convida a uma vida abundante de alegria. Escolhemos viver cada dia teu com os olhos acima do frenesim que nos rodeia, caminhando com a segurança de sabermos quem somos e qual o nosso propósito. Amar Jesus, amar todos à nossa volta.

December! Here you are with no previous notice. You come loaded with endless to-do lists and there are not enough hours in your days. But they smell of sugar and cinnamon and bring tables filled with laughter and hope.
And you also bring the Holy night and the call to ponder on the most indescribable gift, Jesus, who invites us to an abundant joyful life. We choose to live each of your days with our eyes above the rush around, walking assured of who we are and what we were made for. To love Jesus and love everybody around us.
